Pretty much anything you need comes with the property accommodations provided for—beach going, biking, walking. Outstanding!

Gorgeous large pool home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Out of country owner was super kind and responsive. Property manager was great! This was a fantastic property, house, and pool. We spent a week there with our kids all ages 7 and under. We all had a great time and the pool fun was very memorable. Turn on the hot tub at night once the kiddos go to sleep and its a win for everyone.

Villa Cape Royal is, without question, the most amazing villa we have stayed in. The pool area in particular is fantastic and with the lake behind it is absolutely beautiful.

The villa is very clean and well equipped and is a real home from home for your vacation.

Wir haben letztes Jahr mit unseren Kindern, nach unserer Rundreise durch Florida, eine erholsame Zeit in der Villa verbracht.

Wir wurden vorher von der Besitzerin mit Rat und Tat und sehr guten Tipps betreut.

Es war alles problemlos, auch die deutsche Hausverwalterin war großartig.

Es war alles sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool und die abendlichen traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge, haben natürlich auch zur Erholung beigetragen. Wir kommen dieses Jahr wieder!

Sehr schön gelegene Villa mit einer schönen und gepflegten Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir fanden alles in ausgezeichnetem Zustand vor und es war so, wie die Fotos es versprechen. Wir haben uns mal wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick über den See sind einfach traumhaft.

We just wanted to tell you what a wonderful vacation my family had at your beautiful home. Your house is amazing! It was warm, inviting and very clean. Anything you could of wanted in a kitchen was available. My 9 year old loved waking up and jumping in the pool. I enjoyed my peaceful 3 mile breathtaking walks everyday looking at all the beautiful palm trees in rows.

Your location was perfect! We went to see Edison/Ford winter homes, The Shell Factory and Sanibel Island. All which you suggested and we enjoyed everyone of them. It wasn’t far of a drive to any of them. We appreciated the quick response your property manager gave if we had a question. It was very nice knowing we could reach out to her if we needed to for anything.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 6. Mal als Langzeitmieter (8 – 12 Wochen) in der Villa Cape Royal. Wir haben uns immer wohlgefühlt.

Die Lage des Hauses an einem kleinen See in einem gepflegten Golfresort hat uns sehr gefallen. Wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gab, haben uns die Verwalter immer umgehend geholfen.
