The house is located directly on one of these lakes. The sunsets, which you can enjoy from the covered terrace, are an incomparable experience. The large pool can be heated electrically if required – as can the whirlpool, where you can feel like a Hollywood star in a warm bubble bath with a glass of champagne in your hand.

The grandiose master suite is also a visual hit! The bedroom with its extra-large king-size bed (2 x 1.00 m x 2.20 m; 2 beds next to each other) is decorated entirely in an Asian bamboo design. It has its own flatscreen TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the pool deck.
The other two bedrooms also have two large king-size beds (2.00 x 2.00 m), ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower, which can also be used as a pool bath.
The focal point of the house is the luxurious living room, where you can feel like “God in Florida”. It impresses with its elegant furnishings and the wonderful view of the lake and grounds.
The extra-wide window front has sliding glass doors to the outside. The 55-inch (140 centimeter) flat-screen TV with Blue-Ray and cable TV offers great pictures in HD format. The entire house naturally has wireless high-speed Internet.
The open kitchen is well equipped and the adjacent round dining table allows for cozy meals for up to 6 people.
The barbecue gas grill on the terrace makes it possible to grill top quality steaks in your own home.
The Publix supermarket is in the immediate vicinity of the complex, as are numerous specialty restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Cuban, American, etc.).
